Job responsibilities:
    Identify and develop new business opportunities, and provide assistance in sales process
    Identify and assess customers’ needs and priorities for improvement from Information technology service management perspective, and advise optimal solutions
    Deliver technical briefing to client/customers, and keep them updated about the performance 
    Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers 
    Assist customers in developing Information technology service management system and its components 
Requirements:
    Proven practice as a Information technology Service Management Consultant
    Should be creative to think out of the box for introducing and implementing a Information technology service management located cultural change within an organization 
    Excellent human handling expertise to deal with challenges while working on the projects
    Hands-on practice of developing & implementing ITIL or ISO 20000 located system
    Time management and planning expertise
    Must have excellent process development and documentation expertise. 0 40 hours per week Business Management
