Job responsibilities:
    Handle personal issues and secretarial matters;
    Manage everyday correspondences and phone calls;
    Arrange appointment schedules and handle travel arrangement (ticket, hotel and everyday itinerary planning);
    Responsible for general office administration;
    Maintain up-to-date and systematic filing system.

Requirements:
    Minimum 2 years' related working practice;
    Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin with good communication expertise;
    Able to work independently and under pressure;
    Detail-minded, responsible, well-organized and multi-tasking;
    Hands-on practice in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
    Immediate availcapability would be a definite advantage.
