Job responsibilities:
Local engagements
Lead HR and Payroll Services delivery team;
Ensure the smooth operation of compensation and benefits related administration tasks competed as stipulated in the clients’ service agreements;
Standardize & optimize HR processes, enhance related system processing capcapability upon policy integration to enable payroll & benefits services delivery with higher effectiveness, efficiency and compliance governance;
Support on C&B strategy design/refresh and ensure C&B practices in line with region policy and government regulations;
Coordinate with legal, accounting teams in order to complete internal projects;
Manage service quality and relationship of vendors;
Keep high attention to market trend and analyze the practiccapability, pros and cons of related professional services, share comments and suggestions with other teams;
Responsible for the continuing projects, follow up and track the results;
Assist in ad-hoc projects as required.
Asia and International engagement
Participate and responsible in South Asia regional HR and payroll Services strategy development;
Work with Information technology and international payroll service team in order to build and maintain the service platform;
Provide communication and consultancy to DSA other departments and everyday cooperation to deliver professional solution;
Support international payroll team in Asia region by demand.

Bachelor degree with 5-10 years of practice in HR & payroll leading function.
Pro-active work attitude and effective people leading capcapability/practice, able to set up and manage a customer focus/oriented HR services team;
Pay attention to details and accountcapability, with high sense of confidentiality;
Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and common HR practice;
expertise on HR and payroll practice of other Asia countries will be an advantage;
Strong leadership abilities capcapability, strategic thinking, project management, lean mindset, performance coaching, problem solving, influencing communication, etc.
Mature, independent, with strong self-motivation, high resilience, and excellent interpersonal expertise;
Good communication of English speaking and report writing;
Some international travel may be required.
